Ek Omkar Yoga Center, we offer a transformative experience with our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTTC), designed for beginners to advanced practitioners. Nestled in the serene environment of Arambol Beach, Goa, our retreat provides a holistic approach to learning the art and philosophy of yoga, as set by the Yoga Alliance USA. Whether you’re seeking personal growth or aiming to become a certified yoga teacher, our center is the perfect place to start or deepen your journey.

How We Began

Ek Omkar Yoga was born out of a deep passion for sharing traditional Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga practices. Our founder, Kailas, a certified yoga trainer with extensive experience in Deep Tissue Massage, Kobido Face Massage, and Acupressure Point Therapy, started this journey to offer an authentic space where individuals could learn, heal, and grow through yoga and meditation. Over the years, we have expanded, offering internationally recognized certifications and maintaining the essence of ancient yogic traditions.

At Ek Omkar Yoga, we focus on holistic training that includes not only the physical aspects of yoga but also the mental, spiritual, and emotional dimensions.
